TRAINOR FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC
Trainor Family Chiropractic, located downtown in Scotch Plains, is dedicated to providing healthcare of exceptional quality to families of the surrounding area. After completing Chiropractic studies at Life University in 1996, Dr. Trainor practiced in Bayonne for nearly four years. Opening his own office in late 2000 was the fulfillment of a dream and it is evident in the way he runs the practice. Patients are always greeted with a smile that conveys how he genuinely cares about them and loves his work. His determined and caring staff makes sure that the patients have a pleasant experience when visiting the office.

The primary focus at Trainor Family Chiropractic is correction of spinal subluxation. Subluxation occurs when one or more spinal bones are out of alignment, which causes messages the brain sends to the body to be impaired. At TFC, correction of subluxation is supplemented with taking time for patient education and overall health awareness. Dr. Trainor truly believes that caring about the patient’s overall well-being and getting them actively involved in their treatment and recovery is essential to getting optimum results.

In addition to dedication to his patients, Dr. Trainor makes time to get involved in community events. He participates annually in the Ladies’ Night Out, Scotch Plains Health Fair, and YMCA Healthy Kids Day. He has also provided demonstrations to the Golden Agers, a local Daisy Troop, and has been invited to speak to various
elementary school classes in the area.

This spring, Dr. Trainor is pleased to announce that his sister, Dr. Amy Jabanoski, will be joining him in practice. She is a recent graduate of Palmer College of Chirorpactic, and also a member of the PTD Honor Society.

Dr. Chris and Dr. Amy are always available to answer questions or provide a consultation to explain how chiropractic care can benefit the health of your entire family. Their Web site also provides information that can help answer questions on chiropractic.
