He currently serves as Secretary of the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey (ATLA-NJ) and is a
frequent speaker and moderator at legal seminars. He is
also a Barrister in the Worrall F. Mountain Inns of
Court, a member of the Morris County Civil Practice
Committee and was recently admitted to the US Supreme
Court. In addition, he is a certified emergency medical
technician and a volunteer member of a local rescue
squad.

LUBINER AND SCHMIDT
His comprehensive immigration law firm serves the needs

THE MEARS LAW FIRM
The Mears Law Firm represents employees, consumers,

Lavinia Lee Mears, who heads
the firm, is a former County Assistant Prosecutor. A
