MORALES, MENDONCA & PAGAN, LLC
Morales, Mendonca & Pagan, LLC, was founded by Sandy M.
Morales, Laura M. Mendonca and Alexandra Garcia Pagan,
who share a vision for a law practice based on the
fundamental principal that each client deserves
excellent legal service as well as personalized
attention from the attorneys handling his or her case.
Our goal is to represent our clients in a proactive and
honest manner while always keeping in mind the
importance of how the outcomes we obtain affect our
clients’ lives. We strive to
provide our clients direct and honest legal advice and
are always available to personally answer their
questions and address their concerns in a timely manner.
The partners began their
legal careers together at Seton Hall University School
of Law, and then pursued experience in different
practice areas for several years. Sandy applied her
Juris Doctorate and her Masters in International
Relations to acquire expertise in immigration, enabling
her to serve all sectors of society ranging from
corporations in need of recruiting employees to
individuals facing deportation. After her judicial
clerkship at the Superior Court in New Jersey, Family
Division in Union County, Laura focused her practice on
Family and Immigration matters. Her highly effective
litigation skills are invaluable to the Firm.
Alexandra applied her
legal skills, nursing background and experience in
health and hospital law to her goal to become a
reputable health care defense attorney. She immediately
joined the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General
where she successfully prosecuted healthcare
professionals on behalf of the State before their
respective licensing Board. That unique and targeted
experience makes her exceptionally well-prepared to
defend health professionals facing investigation or
discipline from state boards, hospitals, insurance
providers and other private and government agencies.
All three attorneys are
committed to solidifying a reputation as strong
advocates, effective litigators and caring individuals
who never lose sight that their work affects the lives,
livelihood and well-being of their clients. We are
committed to excellent and personalized service, and
welcome the opportunity to meet the legal needs of Union
County residents.
